Add a bit of happiness to your home with this incredibly bright and cheerful, beautiful geode! This mini geode is 12cm square and features a polished red jasper stone nestled amongst yellow green and red crushed glass crystals. The pigments used to colour the resin are yellow, apricot and red mica and transparent colours giving this geode depth and sparkle. The contrasting geode lines in various shades of yellow and orange are drawn with very fine acrylic paint pens and the intricate design continues over the edges of the piece to give a properly finished feel that is organic, despite it being square.
The geode is mounted in a deep black box frame 8 inches or 20cm square which draws attention to this artwork, which should be hung at eye level or placed on a desk, as it is best viewed from close up.
