An asymmetric multi-media, acrylic, glass and resin wave created on a solid board, which is a recycled old table top. At least 3 layers of resin were poured and the piece has my characteristic shine and depth. The surface is covered with resin lines and ripples to give movement, depth and texture. The foam from the breaking wave is made from glass chips and real metal glitter over a cmplex and intricate drawn design. The setting sun is suggested in the tunnel of the wave.
The edges of the piece are decorated with multicoloured glass crystals, reflecting the multi-coloured nature of the piece.
