Shipping & Returns
Purchased items will usually be shipped within 1 to 3 days excluding commissioned items.
For commissioned items price and delivery times will be agreed before placing of the order.
Postage may be added to items purchased and this will be made clear at the checkout. Packaging will be adequate to protect the artwork or product. If items arrive damaged please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain the shipping company details and discuss what would be an acceptable way forward to you. Send items back within: 21 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations on commissioned items
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
